I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Jackson and her dental assistant Andrea. I drive almost an hour each way because when you find a team this kind, professional, and genuinely caring, you stick with them. Dr. Jackson and Andrea have a gentle touch and a calming presence that makes every visit feel easy and reassuring, even for someone like me who used to dread dental appointments. Thet always take the time to explain everything thoroughly, listen with compassion, and truly treats you like family.. They are incredible—so warm, attentive, and organized. Together, they make an unbeatable team that turns dental care into a comfortable and even pleasant experience. The office is beautiful, welcoming, and reflects the high standards they both bring to their work. I’m so grateful to have them in my life, and I recommend them to anyone looking for not just a dentist, but a truly caring dental experience.

I can’t say enough about this practice. I feel lucky to have stumbled upon them just as I was trying to find a dentist. My dentist of old retired and since then, it hasn’t been the same. I came into this Briarcliff office in need of a crown. On my first visit I was tended to ever so efficiently. And preparation for the crown was done promptly. Today the permanent crown was put in place yay! Such professionals and friendly too!

I can’t say enough about this practice. I feel lucky to have stumbled upon them just as I was trying to find a dentist. My dentist of old retired and since then, it hasn’t been the same. I came into this Briarcliff office in need of a crown. On my first visit I was tended to ever so efficiently. And preparation for the crown was done promptly. I just had a cavity repaired and a crown put on here- I cannot sing their praises enough. I’ve had a lot of dental work done and had some terrible experiences and this place blew me out of the water. 1. They took me exactly at my appointment time every visit 2. Every woman that works there was so warm, so kind, so helpful 3. They made a point to go above and beyond to make me comfortable every minute of the appointment. Asking me if I like the music that was on or if I preferred something else, making sure I felt numb, asking between every step of the process of anything bothered me and how I was feeling 4. All around amazing staff and just so kind and welcoming 5. My crown fits perfectly and is very comfortable

Terrible ending to a nice beginning Unfortunately the loving caring dentists who work here are victim to the venomous vulture non caring overture of the office managers who care little for you. Nasty women with a chip on the shoulder " who've been doin' it too long. A shame that I was "dismissed " from there practice like a 6 year old - being scolded by tense & cruel non wise woman who had no sense of customer service or understanding of the situation. They dismissed ne from the practice because I could not budget their fees. So instead of working with me - they justified it by dismissing me sending me a Dear John letter. Only go there if you have the money

Briarcliff Dental Care is amazing. They agreed to see me at the last minute and dealt with my tooth issue with extreme care. I wholeheartedly recommend them.
