Dr. Miller is committed to providing great quality and affordable dental care. We have multiple payment options available. We also provide in-house options. We accept the following:

CareCredit

The Care you want. 

• With Financing options made easier (Subject to credit approval). 
• Allow you to pay over time with a monthly amount to fit your budget.
• No annual fees or pre-payment penalties.

Simple and easy, from the minute you apply.
Getting started with Care Credit is easy. Applying only takes a few minutes and you’ll get a decision almost immediately. You can apply whichever way is easiest for you:

Insurance

Dr. Miller is a participant of the following insurance carriers
Cigna (PPO)
Delta (PPO)
Aetna (PPO)
Ameritas (PPO)
Guardian (PPO)

We do not participate with HMO plans.
Though we are non-participants of other insurance carriers our office will electronically submit to your insurance carrier, then you will be reimbursed for your out of pocket payment directly from your insurance.
